Raita, spicy tomato chutney & micro herbs.

Cucumber, pepper, bean sprout, lime & coriander dressing.

MAIN COURSE

Choice of Chicken, Lamb or Veg.
*All mains come with a choice of rice boiled/Pilau.

Dopiaza (Medium)
A maximum quantity of fresh onions applied with a lot of spices to produce a taste that is medium.
Dhansak (Hot)
Cooked with lentils, lemon juice, spices and sweet and sour sauce, together blending to form a traditional Indian parsi dish.
Tikka Masala (Mild)
Cooked in special tikka masala sauce with cream and almonds.
Bhuna (Medium)
Thoroughly garnished with onion, garlic, tomatoes and a few selected spices. One of the most tasteful dishes.
Korma (Mild)
Most suitable for beginners. A delicate preparation of cream and spices producing a very mild but rich creamy textured dish.
Madras (Hot)
A very popular South Indian dish. Fairly hot in taste. Extensively prepared with garlic, chilli and tomato puree.
